Please see Castleberry Registration booth, located at gate entrance for booth number, buttons, parking pass, etc.

  • All booths are on uneven grass with gravel; bring both weights and stakes to secure your canopy/booth.
  • This park is on a gentle incline. 
  • EARLY HOURS, show opens at 9am Saturday and Sunday.
  • Please be sure to bring bottled water and sunscreen.
  • After unloading all exhibitors must park in designated exhibitor parking area, see signs on site.

  • All Exhibitors must be onsite & booths ready to open by 8:30am
Important Note to Food Vendors 
All  Food Vendors and Specialty Food Exhibitors MUST contact the City of Gloucester Health Department to obtain a
permit.
  • Contact :Lee O'Leary
  • Please bring with you to the show any Health Certificates, Permits or Licenses proving that the food you are selling or sampling is "made in an inspected facility".
  • The Gloucester Health Officer, will be onsite to view your booth and documentation. 

Also IF you use Propane you must obtain a Propane permit through Fire Prevention.

2019 Propane Permit

 All booth Tents and Canopies MUST be FIRE RATED 

 "flame and or fire retardant or flame and fire resistant." 


This is a standard Certification that comes with most canopies.   


This could be attached to the canopy (stamped, stitched, printed) or on your carry bag or in the printed documentation that came with the canopy when you purchased it.  

 

Please be sure you have some kind of proof with you at the show,  

that your canopy is fire rated.

Just a heads up ... Gloucester is huge.
Over 200 booths with only ONE Entrance / Exit Gate.

Caution - Wind/Weather & Sprinker System
This event is directly on the waterfront, here we are exposed and extremely susceptible to the elements, particularly wind.  A single wind gust can ruin inventory and destroy canopies.
Please check area before attempting to stake down a canopy, to avoid the sprinkler system.  
Exhibitors MUST stake/weigh down canopy and booth.
Parking
Exhibitors will be given a parking pass upon check in, please keep this pass visible in your front windshield.
  • You MUST arrive before 8am each show day to park onsite for free. At 8:15am the gate is lock and vehicles are NOT allowed in or out of the grounds until the show closing.
  • Exhibitor parking for the day is located in two areas:
    • Behind the Food Vendors in the outfield.
    • If you have a booth located on the perimeter at the far end on the hill you may park behind those booths.
  • Vehicles will be "packed in" and must remain parked during show hours. 
  • DO NOT park at "The Cupboard" parking lot, you will be 
    towed .
  • If you need to leave during the day you must park off site.
    • Free parking available on Stacy Blvd or at the High School
    • Pay to park (at your own expense) in the Paid Parking lot
      across the street ( beach parking .)
  • Pre-Registered RV parking is located in the small gated field across the street, beside "The Cupboard," or to the far end of the fair, on the hill, behind some booths. 
    • RVs will be packed in and must remain parked until breakdown Sunday after 5pm.
    • For RV's parked in the small gated field:
      GENERATORS MUST BE OFF BY 10PM.
End of Show
As with all of our events, absolutely no early breakdown allowed.

Trash
All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
DO NOT use trash barrels on site for your own refuse. 
Kindly take all garbage and recyclables  in the  corresponding dumpsters, located near the food court Tent.
Please make sure to clean up after the show and leave your space as you found it. 

Restrooms
Portable toilets and wash stations are located behind the inflatable rides, on home plate.
Flush toilets are located at the Welcome Center, behind the gazebo, on top of the hill across from beach parking access. 

Ice Delivery
Cape Pond Ice will be onsite, by the Food Court selling ice daily from 9am-10am and again from 1pm-2pm.  If you would like to get in touch with them  email: coolestguys@capepondice.com

Electricity
There is No electricity available at this event.

Food 
Free Coffee & snacks are available Saturday ONLY 6:30-8:30am.
Many fair food options available for sale during this event.
The Rotary Club will host its annual Pancake Breakfast on Saturday from 8am to 11am, by the gazebo near the Welcome Center.

ATM 
No ATM on site. 
The closest bank is located about 1 mile away on route 127 North. 

Security
Will arrive Friday at 8pm and remain until 6am Saturday. Security will return at show closing on Saturday and remain until 7am Sunday. 
Security is only a deterrent. 
We are not responsible for loss or damages. 
DO NOT leave food in your booth overnight, as it attracts wildlife.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day. 

Sales Tax
Massachusetts' Sales Tax is 6.25%
