from the ocean

as we practice our distance
our mind finds resistance
to feelings and thoughts
sensations and touch

water hold me gently
what is that I’m craving
is my mindset worth saving
if I surrender to you ?

oh ocean of expanse
endless spreading
the dance
of breath
and life
womb touch me inside
where I formed
where I belonged
