Alive After Five, Presented by
Delta Air Lines, returns June 6 to the beautiful Grove Plaza in the heart of Downtown Boise. 2018 marks the 32nd year the Downtown Boise Association has produced the free summer concert series, a celebration of summer and great music that brings a lineup of fun and fresh talent every Wednesday, June through August.

Ivory Deville: Los Angeles band Ivory Deville produces an uncommon swagger and juxtaposition of sound that hits its stride at the intersection of honky tonk, glam rock, and mid-century rock and roll. Born out of the raucous beer joints and restless bones of the Plains, and warmly branded by soaring female harmonies from the California coast, Ivory Deville is an authentic roadhouse band for our time.

Lounge on Fire: Lounge on Fire is an independent alternative rock band formed in Boise, Idaho in 2013. Their sound draws on an eclectic blend of influences that blur the lines between rock, soul, jazz, latin, disco, hip hop, and funk. Rapid and percussive vocals often combine with dark, seductive grooves and a boisterous fanfare of wind instruments to create a unique fusion that fans of Modest Mouse, Gogol Bordello, and Cake would enjoy.
Join us on the Fourth of July for Alive After Five's Idaho Day, showcasing Idaho bands and vendors. Details about the evening and connection to the city-wide Fourth of July celebration will be released in the coming weeks.
Alive After Five runs for 13 weeks, from June 6 through August 29, 2018. Music starts approximately 5:00 pm and wraps up by 8:00 pm. Fans are encouraged to come downtown early to shop and stay late to enjoy Idaho's best dining and nightlife.
Alive After Five is produced by the Downtown Boise Association with support from the Capital City Development Corporation. To keep the event free for fans, the DBA relies on the support of sponsors who understand the importance of building both business and community through great events in a dynamic downtown.
