La Blanc Los Cabos:
When "Relaxing" is at the top of your to-do list
If you need a getaway for some true R&R, La Blanc Los Cabos is it. This is a resort where EVERYONE gets their own butler, the spa is over the top, and the food is absolutely fabulous. I was invited to check out the property assuming they were going to put me to work and keep me busy, per usual. Apparently, my representatives had a different idea for the best way for me to get to know the property and gave me time to experience it for myself.
Butler Service

EVERYONE at Le Blanc gets butler service. Upon arrive, I was able to meet my butler, Angel. He escorted me to my room and talked about the aroma therapies, asked me what scent I would like for my room. Once I was comfortable with my room, Angel escorted me to lunch by the beach. At Le Blanc, they have a butler or two assigned to each floor so your butler gets to know you and you get to know him. With their office by the elevator, they greet you as you come and go and offer special amenities while you are away, such as scented pillows to complement the aroma therapy, a salt bath prepared upon arrival or beautifully decorated chocolates delivered to your room.
Food

I have been to many resorts in my lifetime, but I have NEVER had food like this. When they say “gourmet food” it truly is gourmet food! Not only are the flavors some of the best combinations I have ever tasted, but the presentation and the service pairs with the food perfectly. I could not get enough of the black pepper iced tea, the seafood soup, the truffle mushroom pizza bites or the 7 different kinds of ceviche. The property has ties to Lebanon and has the most beautiful Lebanese restaurant complete with Turkish coffee and hookahs.
Activities

I love when resorts make fitness a fun, exciting experience. Le Blanc doesn’t just have a workout room you have to hunt down. They have yoga on the terrace. They have cycling in the pool. They have sunset Pilates and complementary personal trainers. They have dance and Spanish lessons. And, of course, they have two swim-up bars. The only way you could be bored is if you choose to.
Spa

The spa at Le Blanc offers unlimited, complementary Water Journey for each and every guest. Now this isn’t a teaser just to get you in the spa. You have full access to the sauna, ice room, steam room, rock beds and plunge pools. You can take in the essential oils and rest in the relaxation pods. I utilized these benefits for well over an hour and very easily could have spent a half a day there. That is not to mention that they have a full-service spa and fantastic massages!
Resort Credit

What I like about Le Blanc’s resort credit is that they are generous with their credits AND they allow you to use your credits for things that you actually want such as off-property tours to swim with dolphins, a sunset sailing, ATV tours, and horseback riding. Of course you can use those credits for spa treatments, specialty dining and photo sessions on property as well.
Beach

Okay, so the beach isn’t swimmable (much of Cabo's isn't), but it is really pretty to watch the manta rays jumping out of the water or the whales swimming by. Not to mention the sound of the waves crashing on the beach being the most relaxing way to wake up. The sand is clean and you can walk the beach up and down, with George Clooney’s and Avril Lavine’s gated community just a few resorts over. If you really need to taste the salt, you can get to Medano Beach in 15 minutes.
