I couldn't have said it better as Neil Galman...
"I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You're doing things you've never done before, and more importantly, you're doing something."

Resources Available to Assist Managers with Mental Health issues
We all play a part in the health and safety of our organization - for better or for worse! How we interact with each other on a daily basis, work together, and support each other can especially impact our sense of well-being. So being able to approach and communicate with all individuals will help set the culture of the organization. But sometimes it's hard to talk about mental illness. Knowing what to say or how to say it isn't always obvious. To help you, Bell has created an excellent, simple conversation guide that can be used to talk with someone you might be concerned about.

Another resource I found is '
Managing Mental Health Matters' (MMHM) a "first of its kind" program focused on helping managers, supervisors and other leaders learn how to effectively recognize and manage mental health related issues in the workplace. '
Managing Mental Health Matters' uses a story-based approach, portraying realistic video episodes of workplace "characters" dealing with situations common to everyday work life. The user engages in the process, rather than simply being given information. See

Pharmacy Agreement. The Agreement contains new language and requirements on markups, billing practices and employee privacy and applies to all pharmacies in British Columbia.
Pacific Blue Cross has also strengthened pharmacy audit processes, which are outlined in the new Agreement. BCPhA has endorsed the Agreement, which will come into effect on January 1, 2018. Pacific Blue Cross will update its Pharmacy Reference Guide to reflect the changes.

In British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal v. Schrenk,
2017 SCC 62

The Supreme Court held that this provision is not only limited to protecting employees from discrimination perpetrated by their employer or superiors.
