CMM 6th and 7th Grade Parents
Since we are not at school and are unable to send forms home to help prepare for next year, please take a few minutes to fill out our Directory and Volunteer form for the 2020-2021 school year. Even if you would not like your information to be printed in the directory, please give us your child's name and grade, and your name and email address so you can be included on Mrs. DeBusk's Friday email blast and the PTSA Monday Memo. There is an option to select whether or not you would like your information included in the directory. We are hoping that with the digital forms, we will avoid typos and trying to read everybody's handwriting to input all the data. Thank you so much for helping us with this. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact either of us. We pray you and your family are healthy and adjusting to online learning. We look forward to another great year at CMM!!
