Valley Children's Ranked One of the Nation's Best Children's Hospitals in Five Specialties

For the fourth consecutive year, Valley Children's is being recognized as one of the best children's hospitals in the country, nationally ranked in five pediatric specialties.  U.S. News & World Report released its "2019-2020 Best Children's Hospitals" list today. Valley Children's ranked in Pediatric Diabetes & Endocrinology, Pediatric Gastroenterology & Gastrointestinal (GI) Surgery, Neonatology, Pediatric Orthopedics and Pediatric Urology. This is the highest number of rankings Valley Children's has ever received.

"These rankings are a testament to the highly specialized care that Valley Children's provides in an environment designed just for kids, delivered by physicians and staff who have devoted their lives to getting and keeping kids well," says Valley Children's Healthcare President and CEO Todd Suntrapak.

Fresno Fair Partners With Valley Children's
The Big Fresno Fair and Valley Children's have partnered to help "Fill the Need" in our community. The Big Fresno Fair will be offering a special $4 "Fill the Need" admission ticket that is good for Thursday, October 10 at the 2019 Big Fresno Fair! Half of all ticket sales for this day will benefit Valley Children's!

The "Fill the Need" Day provides a unique way for the community to support Valley kids while enjoying one of the deepest discounts available at the 2019 Big Fresno Fair. The $4 "Fill the Need" tickets can be purchased online now; all fees have been waived so your $4 ticket is just $4!

Walmart In Campaign For Valley Children's
We are so grateful for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals partners like Walmart who has been a CMNH partner for more than 30 years. During the 2018 campaign, 26 Walmart and Sam's Club locations in the Central Valley raised $292,924 for Valley Children's Hospital. Since 1987, Walmart and Sam's Club stores in the U.S. and Canada raised more than $1 billion dollars for  Children's Miracle Network Hospitals throughout North America. Stop by your local Walmart or Sam's Club between June 10 and July 7 to support your local children's hospital.

The ABC30 "Futures Worth Fighting For" Telethon is coming up on August 8, 2019.
