Interested in dehydrating, pressure canning, or freezing this year's harvest, but not sure how to get started? This class will cover basic technique, equipment checks, and food safety for a handful of food preservation methods, so that you can safely expore new recipes and procedures on your own!

Chill and Grill

Join us on the co-op porch for our third seasonal Chill & Grill event and a $5 meal! We'll be featuring local Triple S Farms Chicken Wings and Drums or Marinated Grilled Tofu with two sides of local corn on the cob and Co-op made pit beans. Enjoy live music, good food, and beer and wine for purchase!
