BREWSTER DAY CAMP          Newsletter    July 21, 2019        Vol. 38 Issue 12

Hello Brewster Day Camp,
We had an absolutely incredible Week #4 at 3570 Main Street! We CHALLENGED ourselves to have fun in the sunny heat as well as despite some wet weather. Fourteen courageous groups of campers and staff CHALLENGED themselves to get on stage at our Mid-Summer Talent Show on Thursday Night, and oh boy did they rock the crowd! We capped off Week #4 at BDC by CHALLENGING each other in spirit and sportsmanship in every activity throughout campus on Friday with our 21st annual Green & White Day! We had a photo-finish with a 3-point victory secured by the White Team, who earned scores of "I'm laughing so hard I can't give a real score" by the judges at our end of the day Improv Show!

This week we look forward to another BDC tradition, Tie-Dye Week! Every camper at camp this week will have the opportunity to make their very own BDC tie-dye shirt. I can only IMAGINE the multitude of designs and creativity that will be abundant on our campus this week. Close your eyes and start to IMAGINE what your shirt will look like this year! Whether it is your first Tie-Dye Week at BDC, or you've got a closet full of colorful shirts throughout the years, you will be amazed by the endless IMAGINATION of our campers and staff this week. I look forward to seeing you all on Friday, donning your wildest tie-dye creations to celebrate Week #5 at Brewster Day Camp!

Don't forget to pack extra....
CHGs&P!
