The following items were presented to the Board:
Finance Report -
As of March 31, 2020 the Board learned the system is at 85.11
percent for the budget year. The Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax revenues for March 2020 were up 3.97 percent from 2019 collections and down 4.07 percent from last month. A financial statement, investment reports, and bond summaries were also shared, as well as a detailed capital projects analysis.
Grading Update -
Fonda Harrison, Associate Superintendent, presented Forsyth County Schools grading update for Quarter 4 March 16 - May 22. Due to
COVID -19, instruction was held via online learning. The

C.T.A.E. Lab Modifications at Otwell, Riverwatch, South Forsyth and Vickery Creek Middle Schools-
The Superintendent recommended that the Board award the C.T.A.E. Lab Modifications for the four (4) Middle Schools to C.B.I. General Contractors as the responsible and responsive offeror whose proposal is the most advantageous to the Board as General Contractor. This was approved by unanimous vote.
Lakeside Middle School Cafeteria Addition and Technology Lab Modification-
The Superintendent recommended that the Board award the Lakeside Middle School Cafeteria Addition and Technology Lab Modification to C.B.I. General Contractors as the responsible and responsive offeror whose proposal is the most advantageous to the Board as General Contractor. This was approved by unanimous vote.
