Leadership Contra Costa
sm (LCC), the Bay Area's premier countywide leadership program, accepts 28-32 individuals from throughout the county with diverse backgrounds to participate in the program. LCC is geared to people who want to make a difference in the communities in which they live and work.
For more than 30 years Leadership Contra Costa has been helping identify and prepare community leaders. With an alumni roster of more than 800 graduates, including Mayor of Walnut Creek Cindy Silva, former Mayors Loella Haskew, Justin Wedel, and Kathy Hicks, former Assemblywoman Lynne Leach, former Concord Mayor, Lou Rosas; Martinez Mayor Rob Schroder; and Ret. Superior Court Judge Harlan Grossan, this program has proven to be an asset to the community and society.
