Antonian College Preparatory High School

Dear parents,

Now that we have ceased all new instruction for the 2019-2020 school year, it is time to begin to focus on collecting items students have in their possession but need to be returned to Antonian. We will collect items from freshmen, sophomores, and juniors on Saturday, May 30th from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m.

In order to ensure that we maintain proper social distancing, we will utilize an appointment system much like we did for the days on which we distributed Chromebooks and allowed students to collect their belongings from their lockers. If the student is not available to come, a parent can return items for the student. If the student is present, parents should not accompany the student to the collection area -- only one person should come to the line. When arriving on campus, it is acceptable to park in the faculty parking lot. The person returning the items should  remain in the car until the exact appointment time and until the line is sufficiently short enough to allow appropriate distancing space. To sign up for an appointment time, please use the following link:

To help the process run as smoothly as possible, we have included a link at the bottom of this message that contains a list of all items of Antonian property outstanding by student. This list includes:
  • Library books
  • Extracurricular uniforms/equipment
  • Academic resource materials provided by a teacher
  • Antonian-owned Chromebooks (including the power cord neatly wrapped and case, if applicable)
In the case of sports uniforms, the Athletic Department asks that the student place clean uniforms in a Ziploc bag and write the student's name on the bag.

In the case of Antonian-owed Chromebooks, a quick inspection of the device will be made, but it is advisable that students alert the receiving staff to any known issues/damage at the time of return.

In addition, each year, Antonian hosts a used uniform and textbook sale. The proceeds of any items sold by Antonian go to the Campus Ministry department to help defray costs of the IHS and Kairos off-campus retreats, helping to keep retreats as affordable as possible. The inventory for these sales comes from the generosity of families who have uniforms that are in good condition but no longer needed (e.g., seniors' uniforms, outgrown items) and textbooks which families don't wish to return in buyback or sell at the textbook sale themselves. These items can be brought to the collection day and will be received by staff to set aside for the sale during the summer. Please ensure that any uniforms to be donated are clean when donating them.

We look forward to serving our students once again on this day and wish all of our students a safe and restful summer!
