We start the New Year full of hope and determination to continue the mission of JSRF. It is our wish that 2017 is one filled with good health, peace and hope for you and your families.
As 2016 came to its final hours our hearts were filled with gratitude and appreciation for each of our JSRF supporters. Life as we knew it ceased to exist almost eight years ago when Jeremy and Jean passed away, but the Jeremy Stom Remembrance Foundation has taught us how to carry on our pain with grace and determination, and how to reach out to teens during these very trying times. Today, more than ever our teens face enormous pressures; lets continue to give them opportunities to just be a kid -even if for just a few weeks at a time.
We had an amazing year in 2016. We sponsored a total of 15 teens to various summer camps and 23 teens for track! As of today, we have sponsored a total of 85 teens! That's 85 teens that have seen and experienced hope; 85 teens that had a chance to just be kids, and 85 teens that will always remember the opportunity given to them, thanks to YOU!
You have inspired us by choosing JSRF as a charity you believe in and because of your unwavering support we stand stronger than ever. We can never thank you enough.
Peace, Love, & Gratitude,

The 12 Tastings of Christmas
Our newest event "The 12 Tastings of Christmas" was another hit with our JSRF supporters. On a very snowy and bitter cold night on December 11, 2016 over 60 friends of JSRF attended the holiday fundraiser held at Treetime in Lake Barrington. Friends enjoyed wine tastings, craft beers, artisanal charcuterie, appetizers, dueling pianos, and even Christmas carols lead by Wayne at Variety Entertainment.
We extend a special thank you to Laurie and Joe Kane and the staff at Treetime Christmas Creations for all their help before and after the event. We also thank Lori Ray, from the International House of Wine and Cheese for coming out in the snow and delivering such a wonderful assortments of wine and cheese.
Last, but not least to the incredible JSRF committee that never wavers or hesitate to come out in the rain, snow or sleet to support a cause that is true to their hearts -Thank you our fearless warriors!
