Maundy Thursday Vigil
From 9 pm on Thursday until 8 am on Friday

“Come watch with me one hour”

On Maundy Thursday following the evening service we will honor Jesus’ request and keep vigil through the night. The nave will be open and available for you to come at any hour you wish to sit, pray, and reflect on the events that had taken place that day—the last supper together sharing his body with them in bread and wine; Jesus washing their feet and giving a final command to “love one another.” There is a sign-up sheet in the Parish Hall where you can indicate the hour you would like to come from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am on Friday. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend an undistracted hour in company with Jesus before his terrible death.
