Limb Loss Awareness Month
April is Limb Loss Awareness month! If you see Dankmeyer staff wearing orange every Wednesday in April, it is to support the Amputee Coalition and their mission. The Dankmeyer staff worked to get Governor Hogan's office to proclaim April as Limb Loss Awareness Month. If you are in any of their offices please ask for an orange ribbon to wear and show your support for Limb Loss Awareness.

Employee Development
Wednesday, May 15th | 9:00am | Odenton
Your Employee Development System Should Add to Your Bottom Line

  • How much is your employee development system adding to your profits?
  • If a valued employee is at risk of leaving right now, how would you know?
  • How are your employees giving you a competitive advantage?

Typically, employee development and employee evaluations range from no formal process at all to very complex and subjective processes. In most companies, performance management is something that is thrown on managers at the end of the year, as well as a last-minute push to close the yearly books. This is frustrating, inaccurate, and ineffective!
Come listen to Andrew Shaffer of Andrew Shaffer Consulting and learn how you can take an ineffective or non-existent performance management system and transform it into something that can help your company THRIVE!
FREE for Chamber members! A light breakfast will be served and sponsored by Bill DiGregory of   North Patuxent Services, LLC
