The Importance of Fair Housing

The Fair Housing Act prevents discrimination in housing based on sex, race, color, national origin, religion, familial status, and disability. All individuals deserve a safe place to call home. Fair Housing provides individuals protection from discrimination when renting, purchasing, or financing a home.  To learn more about Fair Housing or to file a complaint in Lincoln, NE, please visit The Lincoln Commission on Human Rights .

Before and After

Our homeownership program not only provides a 3% down payment and closing costs for first time homebuyers, but also includes rehab dollars which are used to make sure the client's new home is safe and livable. Our goal is that the client does not run across any major expenses in the first five years of homeownership, setting them up for financial success! We work with local contractors to provide this service. Take a look at one of our most recent projects.
