A Message from SEBAR President, Robin Heath

Dear SEBAR Members,

As you are all aware, Governor Whitmer has extended the "Stay Home, Stay Safe" order until April 30th. We understand the unusual and unexpected circumstances as a result of COVID-19 and its impact on our members. We encourage you to continue abiding by the Governors Executive Order which will help keep you, your family and clients safe.

With the extension of the Governor's EO, Michigan Realtors has updated the "Frequently Asked Questions" to reflect the changes as well as other clarification from the Department of Insurance and Financial Services. COVID-19 FAQs

Staff is working with MiRealSource to add a series of recorded webinars on "Working Remotely" and "Virtual Property Showings and Virtual Open Houses". These webinars should be available on Monday under the 'resources' in Paragon. We are continuously exploring ways to help you provide the best possible service to your clients during this time.

As a SEBAR member and/or MLS user, you know we are a service provider that strives to keep our fees low while still providing many top-notch services. While keeping our costs and expenses low has helped maintain and build our membership, it does not allow us to be in a position to waive or extend the payment dates at this time.

The SEBAR and MLS Directors as well as the staff wish you a safe and happy holiday weekend. We will get through this together!

Respectfully,

Robin Heath
