"I fully support the testimony as presented by Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless (MCCH) Executive Director Susie Sinclair-Smith to the County Council on Wednesday April 10. MCCH is an outstanding steward of public dollars, as demonstrated by the 97% housing stability rate of more than 450+ formerly homeless households supported by their programs. In addition, MCCH has been instrumental in the County's recent 23% reduction in the number of people experiencing homelessness as documented by the 2019 Point-in-Time Count. Please support MCCH and the vulnerable county residents they serve by fully funding their budget requests."

Donors Making a Difference
Due to limited financial resources, we aren't always able to provide clients with the items they need beyond basic necessities. That's where a special group of people in our Urgent Needs Task Force Facebook group jump in and provide these items!

Our Urgent Needs Task Force group has provided over $600 worth of items in April! Although it may seem like a small gesture, donating these items shows our clients that their community cares about them. When recovering from the trauma of homelessness, that reminder can be a glimmer of light in the darkness.

You can make a difference in 2019 by joining our Facebook group today and bringing hope to the people we serve all year long!
Thank you for your commitment to ensuring that all Montgomery County residents have a safe, stable and affordable place to call home!

Sincerely,

Susie Sinclair-Smith
