The Summit Parent Organization (SPO) supports The Summit and our community through a variety of events and fundraisers. All of SPO's success is contributed to the efforts of our parent volunteers, and we couldn't do it without you! It is asked that families volunteer a minimum of four times per year (see The Summit Handbook, p. 24). Please take a look at the following volunteer options and choose the ones that best suit your interests and skill set.
We appreciate all the time and energy you put into making our school the amazing place we all love!

Beginners Medical Conference 2019
The Beginners are enjoying an awesome exploration of the human body and what it means to take care of their bodies. On Friday, February 15th, they held the 4th Annual Summit  Beginners Medical Conference. During this celebration, Beginners presented their findings to some of the latest and greatest medical questions. "Why do I have cheeks?" "What do the little hairs in my nose do?" "What happens when I break a bone?" Beginners established  their own questions during class and then worked with their families to put together a presentation at home. These amazing doctors are already learning to speak in front of a group and are proud to show what they know using songs, posters, play-doh models, etc.
