Book Focus: Life with Nano
I will be the first to admit that my inspiration for this story was the science fiction novel "Blood Music" by Greg Bear, which I read back in the 1980s. In that story, the self-replicating nanites transform their hosts in ways which are initially beneficial, but eventually take them over and spread to the whole of North America.

I went in a more optimistic direction, having the nanites in this story be more cooperative and helpful, while using them to stimulate the sexual relationships which are the real core of the story of David and the female tenants in his apartment building. Let's just say that having conscious control of your pheromones could be a powerful thing.

As a setting, I based the apartment building on my first apartment, also back in the 1980s. I made David its manager, to encourage his social relationships with the women who are his tenants, while simultaneously being an aspect of David's relationship with his father.

On Literotica, Life with Nano received my best rating to that point in my writing and remains one of my best-rated stories overall. So, it was an easy decision to make it my first ebook when I began the self-publishing process. Excluding downloads of books priced as free, it's my top seller in terms of units and 2nd in terms of royalties.

If you haven't read it already, why don't you give it a try? If you have read it, I'd love to hear what you thought, whether by a review or by email. Plus, it's still 30% off at Smashwords until tomorrow (May 31st).
