Feel free to substitute any fresh herb for either the parsley or basil. And experiment with swapping spinach for the watercress for a milder flavor, or substitute arugula for a peppery bitter kick. The yogurt in the sauce makes it a good option for using as a dressing for salads of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, or as a topping to avocado toast.
