STEAM Day was a big success! Discovery Place filled our day with fun interactive experiences that inspired our Hawks to build their own catapults using the engineering design process.

Monday, October 18: WCA Spirit Day (School Spirit Wear)

Cross Country Runoff at 4:00 at Warlick YMCA 2221 Robinwood Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054. Check in at 4pm, MS Boys at 4:15, MS Girls at 4:25

Tuesday, October 19: Regular School Day (School Uniforms)

Wednesday, October 20: Chapel Day (Chapel Attire)

Thursday, October 21: Regular School Day (School Uniforms or PE Uniforms if your child has PE)

Parking Lot Prayer (after carpool)

Friday, October 22: Regular School Day (School Uniforms or PE Uniforms if your child has PE)

Our next NUTS Day is on Monday, October 25th. Students may wear their own casual attire; uniforms are not required. Please bring $1 donation for Home of the Good Shepherd Orphanage in Kenya and $1 if your student would like to buy ice cream at lunch.

Operation Christmas Child (OCC) kick-off will be October 27th. Boxes will be sent home with your child.

Veterans Day is Thursday, November 11th. Please wear RED, WHITE, and BLUE on this special day. More info coming soon on our special activities and lunch celebration.

This year's Thanksgiving Feast will be held on November 19th. More info will be coming soon on this fun outdoor family event.
