Please keep a complete and accurate log of your data. This data collection is the critical component that will allow NJAASC to go to the Department with issues and concerns.
We need to be able to identify exactly what the major issues are and quantify them for the Department. We also want to be able to identify geographic issues, so please make sure you include your county on the spreadsheet.
We also want to hear if you have not had any issues- obviously you would list your cases and then zeros in the columns.
