Parking Registration Information:
Parking registration for the 2019-2020 school year will be sent
to
senior parents
next week using a Google form.
Parking spots will be assigned to seniors on a first-come, first-served basis.
A week after the seniors have signed up, parking registration will be sent via email to parents of underclassmen.
Seniors will receive their assigned parking spots on
orientation day
, Tuesday, August 6.
There will be no reserved spots for underclassmen, but underclassmen still need to register their cars.
IMPORTANT:
In order to be considered for a parking spot, your student must have a license and be
actively driving a car to school by the first day of school, Tuesday, August 6
. Otherwise please DO NOT register him/her for a parking spot.
Voucher Information:
Indiana Choice Scholarship Program “State Voucher” Applications must be completed by Aug. 3, 2019, in order to receive the state voucher for the 2019-2020 school year.
For the 2019-2020 school year, the Business Office is requiring
anyone who is eligible for a voucher to schedule an appointment to review and apply for your state voucher for your child at

Please bring your signed 2018 1040 federal tax return plus any other supporting documentation for any non-taxable income that you may receive. A listing of these items is provided on the website.
REMINDER:
In order to receive any financial aid from Bishop Chatard, you must apply for financial aid through the BCHS FACTS financial aid. No financial aid will be awarded unless a FACTS application is complete. FACTS applications must be done online at

Cafeteria Info and Free and Reduced Lunch:
All students have MyMealTime accounts to be used for purchasing meals. Parents
may
set up the payment side of their student’s account. Please visit
www.bishopchatard.org/menus/lunch-payment/
to learn how to set up an account. There is no cost to set up an account and parents can monitor their student’s purchases. A student needs to have money in his/her account in order to purchase meals. Deposits can be made online or by bringing in a check or cash. Breakfast and lunch menus are on the website. MyMealTime charges a 4.9% convenience fee for online deposits.
