Through Sunday, June 30, we're collecting
NEW sheet sets (twin/full/queen) for
Beds for Kids - a local ministry partner who
provides essential furniture (including beds!) to children and their families in need. Teams and families from Carmel regularly serve at Beds for Kids, repairing and preparing donated furniture and assisting with "delivery days."
We want to collect 700 sheet sets for Beds for Kids (200 have already been donated). 500 sheet sets in 13 days. Let's do it!
Drop your donations in the Collections Bins in the Gathering Space.
Looking Ahead: Beginning July 1, our collection shifts to school supplies for partner schools Lansdowne Elementary and Merry Oaks Elementary.
Tomorrow evening at 6:15pm join Pastor Kenny Klinect in the Carmel Room for a conversation about same-sex marriage and gender identity. This is part of our Framed sermon series.
Serve this Summer in Preschool
Adult Volunteers are needed for our 3 and 5 year old Sunday morning classes. Serve weekly or twice a month. Learn more by emailing Tiffany Bass.

Tuesday (June 25) - Our all-student Mediterranean team departs to help a church partner establish a youth ministry.

Praise for Carmel Women's Summer Serve! Things kicked off this week with a kid-friendly project on campus that had moms and kids gathered together to prepare and pray over snack bags and write notes of encouragement for summer school students at partner school Merry Oaks Elementary.
Praise for the worship and prayer shared Sunday afternoon by the 30 families who make up the Redeemer Church plant launch team!
Praise for the crew working on our roof - the original 1996 roof is being replaced.
Praise for Camp Carmel 2019! This year's camp scripture was John 10:10 with the reminder "there is something more."
