Letter from CCIA
Hi! I’m AnnieLaurie Vann, CCIA’s newest team member. I recently graduated from Colorado State University with a double major in Journalism and Communications.

As a program manager for CCIA, I’m excited to be working on a new CRM, connecting with CCIA members, developing a webinar series (members only - would love to hear your thoughts) and supporting various CCIA events. I’ll also be writing blogs, adding to CCIA’s cleantech social media presence and generally making sure that we’re expanding the voice of Colorado’s cleantech industry.

As an intern with CCIA last summer, I met many of you during focus group meetings for the renewal of the Cleantech State Plan. I look forward to connecting with all of CCIA members in the near future!

Sincerely,
AnnieLaurie Vann

AEE Highlights the Colorado Legislature Advanced Energy Wins

Recently published on the AEE blog: "The first week of May marked the close of Colorado Gov. Jared Polis’ first legislative session. During the 120-day session Colorado legislators passed more than 13 energy-related bills. These bills covered a wide range of pro-advanced energy topics, from exploring and enabling utility business model reform, to updating the state’s building codes for energy efficiency, to expanding tax-credits for electric vehicles (EV) and reducing barriers to EV charging infrastructure. Advanced energy legislation is sweeping the West – and Colorado is no exception."
