#Worker Wednesday
Highlight the great work you and your student do by submitting a photo or video of your student to be featured on our weekly #WorkerWednesday social media posting! Please include a brief description of the student's duties. We’ll be sure to tag your worksite in our posting to highlight your company’s partnership with Cristo Rey.

Submit your nominations for #WorkerWednesday to WorkerWednesday@cristoreytc.org or complete this form.
FEATURED PARTNER: Allianz
Cristo Rey senior Jalen and junior Alexandra have worked at Allianz Financial for three years. The past few months, the students have had the opportunity to combine forces and work together on a large project which provides visibility to critical data essential to support the finance department's ability to quickly service internal customers. The result: less time on research that is required for our internal audit process. Not only does this save time and money, but it also adds a degree of professionalism and polish to our communications.

Student Highlights
Jalen has been trained on SQL, a standard language for accessing and manipulating databases, allowing him to create reports used by Allianz. He has finished many projects utilizing his new technical skills and works directly with many different developers.

Alexandra is the point person for Sharepoint and she codes all of Allianz's required changes. Alexandra is self-directed, great with time management and has pushed to learn excel, pivot tables, cataloging information.

Sophomore Devani Montes, while new to Allianz this year, has quickly become integrated into the community. She created a spreadsheet to map out all of the workspaces and the dates associated with a remodeling project that impacted each workspace on different dates.

We are thankful for our partnership with Allianz, and look forward to watching their student workers learn and grow! Thank you, Allianz!
