SIGN OF ENOUGH
WITH SARA HART
May Monthly Meeting
"How will I know when I have enough?"  That is the question Sara Hart asks audiences when talking about her special project called Sign of Enough.  She began her project in the mid 1990's, and recently her passion has been refueled as the results of our over consumption and greed become more and more obvious.

Sara Hart has been involved in helping to develop leaders and effective teams inside organizations for 30+ years.  Prior to founding her own management consulting company, Hartcom, Sara was in charge of Training and Development for the research division of Pfizer both in the US and the UK.  She has facilitated hundreds of groups and presented to scores of meetings.  "Sign of Enough" is one of Sara's special projects that helps us answer the question, "How will I know when I have enough?"  This question became the theme for Sara's downsizing last year.

In her presentation, she'll talk about the emotional side of downsizing your home until you have just enough, which is discussed in detail in her book The Upside of Downsizing: Getting to Enough.  Sara also offers coaching and consulting for those who are preparing to downsize either now or at some point in the future, providing steps and strategies that will make the whole process less painful.

For more information about Sara and her project, Sign of Enough, click HERE.

Where: 50 California 10th Floor San Francisco (one block from the Embarcadero BART, reduced parking rates in Embarcadero Buildings)

Step Into Abundance
Through Spiritual-Material Balance
The June Monthly Meeting
"People don't necessarily want to give up material comforts in order to pursue the promise of spiritual fulfillment. At the same time, we all have an intrinsic need to lead meaningful, purposeful lives that contribute to a better world. Happiness lies in finding the spiritual value in our material desires and bringing our inner longings to physical realization."

Come join us for our TTN June Monthly meeting as Anna Gatmon, PhD shares her wisdom and insight in how to live a spiritual life in a material world.

In her book of the same title, Anna delineates four
keys to a spiritual-material balance.   Anna's message is universal and as relevant to the materially-minded as it is to the spiritually oriented, regardless of faith and denomination. A practical formula, the Four Keys reveal how to live a spiritually fulfilling life without having to give up material needs and pleasures.

Anna is a visionary educator and spiritual innovator. She comes from an eclectic background that spans the USA, Israel, Sweden and France. Her rich life experience includes careers as a fashion model, founder of an alternative elementary school, counselor, speaker and author. She is the creator of the    Expansive Community, a membership for changemakers who are committed to creating spiritual-material abundance in all areas of their life and in the lives of the people they live, work, and play with. Anna holds a doctorate degree in Transformative Learning from the California Institute of Integral Studies and lives with her family in Sonoma County, California.
