To help those in need of personal identification, LASP is partnering with the Chester County Bar Association YLD and the Chester County Bar Foundation to hold a free birth certificate clinic on May 5, 2016, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m, at LCH - La Comunidad Hispana, 731 West Cypress Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348.

Nearly 1 in 3 Americans have some type of criminal record. For thousands of Pennsylvanians, a minor criminal conviction is a major impediment to finding a stable job, safe housing or pursuing a college education. LASP can assist Chester County residents who are seeking to clear their records so they can get jobs and benefit from educational and housing opportunities.

Those interested in registering should call 610-383-4612.
