Slowly but surely, in fits and starts, New York is coming back to life. Restaurants are re-opening, concerts are playing in the parks and the streets are no longer deserted. In this issue we will explore ways we are returning to joyfulness. Before March 2020 NY felt normal. Then we fell down Alice’s Rabbit Hole (Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland / Through the Looking-Glass) into chaos. The so-called “Dog Days of Summer” came a tad early this year, but it enabled us to continue to perfect the art and convenience of Zoom programming. Two of our best programs ever were June Zoom events. Only one was in-person in June, but more to come as the world opens up.… MORE
