Daily Business Bulletin
In order to keep you informed on the evolving impact of COVID-19 on our local community, the Plano Chamber will be publishing updates every weekday as the Daily Business Bulletin. We will share the top news items that you need to read to stay up-to-date on important health, community, and business issues as they develop. CLICK HERE to read more.
Plano Business Hub
The Plano Chamber recently launched Plano Business Hub, a Facebook group that brings together the community in support of local businesses. In addition to sharing pertinent business resources, group members can plug in to the local business community and be the first to hear about special deals, innovative services, online shopping opportunities, and offers from local restaurants. SBA Disaster Lending
We would like to thank Collin Small Business Development Center Director Marta Frey for joining us on Friday, April 3 for a Zoom call about assistance for small businesses. Marta was able to provide additional CARES Act guidance for small businesses. If you missed the call, CLICK HERE for a guide with additional information.
Eat Local and Support Plano Restaurants
Many restaurants are still open for take-out, delivery, and curbside pick up. Though we are social distancing and self-quarantining our families, we still urge our community to take advantage of these offers and support our local restaurants. LegacyTexas Business Center Closed
In accordance with with guidelines on social distancing, the LegacyTexas Business Center will be closed through May 1st. We look forward to re-opening our doors when it is safe to do so and will continue to be in touch to communicate any changes in dates.

Attendees will be called on in turn by our hosts to give 30 second commercials promoting their business, offering shout-outs to other businesses, and sharing resources.

Saying Goodbye to David McCall III

David McCal l III passed away on March 28th at the age of 73. A graduate of Plano public schools, he attended Baylor University and went on to practice law in Collin County for 48 years. David was instrumental in the Leadership Plano program, serving as Program Director from 1991 to 1995 and presenting for the City History and Government session for many years. The Plano Chamber recognized David as Citizen of the Year in 1984.
