CCPS 2.0 New Features
Student Requirements Compliance Tracking

The new student compliance tracking feature was released in June and is available now to be used for the upcoming Fall 2019 semester. Several webinar trainings were conducted to introduce this new functionality.

Through CCPS, affiliated healthcare providers and schools can:
  • Quickly define and share site-specific and school-specific requirements
  • Securely upload site-specific documents
  • Efficiently monitor student compliance status to ease onboarding
  • Improve clinical placement communication
This functionality is optional for schools to provide evidence of student compliance to their affiliated provider prior to each clinical rotations.

Health Impact and FCCC technical teams continue to work to improve the tool to benefit both providers and schools.

Upcoming
CCPS Placement Cycle
Spring/Summer 2020

August 19 - September 6, 2019
Clinical facilities review and update availability for both cohort and preceptor programs. We understand some clinical facilities will need to modify future availability if census and building plans change. These changes can be done as needed throughout the year.

September 9 - September 27, 2019
(Preceptor requests due Nov 1)
Schools submit clinical placement requests for all courses  that start January 2020 through the end of the spring/summer terms (courses that usually end by August 31)

September 30 - October 18, 2019
(Preceptor placement decisions due Dec 6)
Clinical facilities review proposed requests from schools and make placement decisions. Clinical facilities are  encouraged to review and accept long-standing historical placements  first and to decline proposals they know cannot accommodate as quickly as possible, as a courtesy to schools.
