Mario Soliman Receives National Research Award
Soliman has presented his research at numerous conferences including at the American Association for Cancer Research conference in Washington D.C.

This second year BCOM student grew up in Egypt, where he developed a passion for serving the underserved. While attending medical school he is also pursuing a dual MBA at Pennsylvania State University. He was recently recognized as one of six student researchers in the country to win the National Student Osteopathic Medical Association (SOMA) Research Spotlight Award for his work on leukemia therapeutics.

BCOM’s Standardized Patient Program (SPP) is seeking community members who can come in several times a semester to act out specific scenarios for medical students. Must be 18 years of age or older. A flexible schedule, transportation, and punctuality are essential.
