We were very glad to see our new Winter Botanicals collection from Marcus Fabrics arrive! Several Christmas collections have been delayed this year due to supply and shipping issues. We still have several more collections due to arrive any time now, so will be happy when everything is finally here!

Laura Berringer brings us a holiday collection that is not just for Christmas. The group focuses on winter and holiday flowers, berries, fruits and leaves associated with this special time of year. Her dramatic white poinsettia is accented with rusty red pomegranates to create the lead floral. Coordinates include a lovely little trailing vine and berries design, a subtle pine needle texture, and a handsome yarn-dyed plaid coordinate. The colors are rich and seasonal, with a slightly vintage feel, perfect for holiday quilts and home accents with lasting appeal.

Erin Whipped up a Pillowcase this Weekend!

Erin's 2-year old son is moving up to a Toddler bed, so she made him a new pillowcase. She's also making a coordinated fitted Gnome-antics bottom sheet for his bed. This Wilmington pillowcase pattern features french seams, which is the first time Erin has tried this. She says, "It's easy and don't be afraid to try something new"! Way to go, Erin!
