A message from CSI Executive Director Dr. Terry Croy Lewis to the Class of 2020:
Graduates,
You are part of the Colorado Charter School Institute’s community of schools. Being part of a statewide school district such as CSI tells us quite a bit about you. You and your families sought a school that was best suited for your needs and aligned with your goals. You are willing to take risks and pursue new opportunities. You are adventurous, daring, brave, and bold. Moreover, you value being part of a strong community that shares your values.
As you move on to the next academic level or career opportunity, these qualities will serve you well. Graduates – you know that you are very prepared for this new challenge and you will embrace the wonderful opportunities ahead of you. Don’t be afraid to try new things, join a club or sport, or take a chance at an exciting new job opportunity. Remember to form strong relationships with friends, teachers, and co-workers just like you did in your CSI school. Those relationships will get you through the challenging times, and those relationships will make all the difference in your life.
We at CSI celebrate YOU and your accomplishments. While you have experienced an unusual and challenging last few months, we know that you have the ability to adapt to this new reality and find ways to forge your path ahead. Continue to uphold the values of your CSI school – be brave and bold as you enter this next step and adventure in your life.
Everyone at the Colorado Charter School Institute is very proud of you!
