Dear Friends in Christ,
Please see below for important information about Phase Two of the Governor’s This has been a most intense and fast-moving week. We continue to pray with and for all of you as we all work together to facilitate the next increment of reopening in our parishes. May Our Lord, His Most Blessed Mother and all the saints help us find our place in the struggles around us and keep us focused on what is needed to build the kingdom where, in peace and justice, every person can manifest the glory to which he or she is called.

NEW
: FlockNote Mass Sign-Up, Tracking
Over 60 parishes in the Archdiocese of Portland use FlockNote to communicate to Parishioners. A NEW feature was released yesterday for all FlockNote users –
here's a short video of how it works
. It's primarily built for parishes to have an easy way to register parishioners for Masses… especially for those parishes moving to Phase Two. It will serve this current need, but will also be able to accommodate things like Volunteer Signups, Adoration, etc., going forward, just as easily. If you need more info, email

Do You Have Access to a Refrigerated Truck?
The Food, Family, Faith Program is off to a great start.
In only three weeks, Archdiocesan sites have distributed tens of thousands of food boxes! Our partner and distributor Pacific Coast Fruit Company uses their available refrigerated trucks to deliver these food boxes. They are limited to parishes off the I-5 corridor and as far south as Eugene. But if your parish can arrange for a refrigerated truck to come to Portland, the Archdiocese will work with Pacific Coast Fruit to have food boxes available for pickup. Minimum order is 120 boxes. If this is possible, please contact Pastoral Ministries at
dpm@archdpdx.org

Reopening Parish Life - Limited Expansion
With reopening expanding, at the discretion of the pastor, other parish gatherings and activities can begin to take place – provided there is no more than 25 and physical distancing, sanitizing and other protocols and guidelines are carefully followed. This is true for all parishes in all counties in western Oregon. If your parish is in a county that will soon enter “Phase Two” of reopening, additional instructions from the Pastoral Center will be coming soon.
