Building Improvements
New additions this week:
- New skylights put in by Mark Sheppard - thank you! We will enjoy the light during the wintertime. Looks like a new friend is curious about what we have to offer.
- New receiving area in the back - leveling out the back and laying concrete to make things more efficient. Thank you Chris and Steve for a fine job. These gentlemen made it all look so darned easy.
Thank you all for being part of the Co-op family!

Why are we selling microgreens?
Microgreens are young vegetable greens that fall somewhere between sprouts and baby leaf vegetables. They have an intense aromatic flavor and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures.
Microgreens may be eaten raw by the handful, or tossed on salads, soups, or in sandwiches.
We will be carrying a variety of microgreens throughout the year - with the help of local growers.
We love our local growers!

Barn Owl is moving into new digs and we are so excited for them!
They just had their last bake and will re-open on December 3rd.
We can't wait and we know that you're pretty excited for them, too!

We have a trio of fresh new whites and three wild red wines in: Cooper Hill Pinot Gris - fresh and delightful organic Oregon wine for a killer price; Girasole Pinot Blanc, a bright, floral organic California white; Gilbert Cellars Riesling, an awesome food wine, with great balance, pears, savory finish and just off dry finish from Washington.
The reds are a couple of hard core natural wines from France. Jean-Paul DuBost Beaujolais Villages (Pinot Noirs less expensive cousin) is lean, brambley and lovely, organic with no added sulfites from one of the pioneers in natural winemaking.
Sebastien David Hurluberlu (it means “weird”, but in the best of ways) is a whole cluster fermented cabernet franc, with fresh rich red fruit, fresh dark flowers and a bit of earth. Organic, Biodynamic with no added sulfites.
Also, we have Can’ Leandro Panxut back - the grape is grown only in one vineyard, and it’s a wild, medium bodied spanish red for pinot noir lovers, with crazy dark fruit, earth and herbal notes.
Beer: Reuben’s Robust Porter and Uinta Rise and Pine Hoppy Dark Ale.
