Emergency Grant Application

Welcome to the Fall 2020 Semester! We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy, and we look forward to supporting your educational journey at Grossmont College. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are reaching out to let you know that eligible Grossmont College students may qualify for the $500 Federal Emergency Grant!

If you are attending Grossmont College in Fall 2020 and are impacted by COVID-19 and the campus being online, please apply for the Emergency Grant. The application process is very easy and usually takes no more than 10 minutes. Apply here!

Emergency funds can be used for educational related expenses as a result of COVID-19, such as food, gas, housing, technology, and other miscellaneous expenses. If you received this grant in the Spring semester (or Summer), as long as you are enrolled in the Fall, you are still eligible to apply again. 

During these challenging times, as we all navigate uncertainty for ourselves and our loved ones, we want to reassure you that Grossmont College is here for you, your academic goals, and want you to be successful. Be sure to apply for the $500 Emergency Grant today!
