The Rentals department at Hale Farm & Village has been diligently working to reschedule our spring couples. We have waived the rescheduling fee and are filling dates in the second half of 2020 quickly. COVID- 19 came in like a Lion and will go away like a lamb, slowly and methodically. We saw limits of attendees for events change daily starting March 12, 2020 with 250 people allowed, then March 13 with 100 people allowed and by March 15 at midnight all gatherings were shut down by the Ohio Governor, Mike DeWine.

Wedding couples need to know coming back online will be slow. We do not yet have information on how many will be allowed to gather. With this slow and steady approach wedding experts are suggesting proceeding with caution. You do not want to send invitations out just to turn around and call each person and cancel. We advise that you look over your calendars and pick your top two dates and check with your venue and your vendors. This suggestion comes from many wedding and event planning professionals and will help ease the emotional stress of multiple date changes if gathering limits progress slowly.

Please know you are not alone. Please know we are very sorry you are going through this. You are allowed to cry and be mad. As a matter of fact experts agree it is healthy to do so. The couples that don’t show their anger are the ones unable to choose alternate dates and move on with their plans. Please also know we are here to help you through this process and are thinking of new solutions to assist you in moving forward with your special day at Hale Farm & Village.
