The annual Friends of Main Street Banquet also raises funds for Main Street Shakopee district revitalization including community events such as Rhythm on the Rails and Holiday Fest, as well as continued art, design and beautification projects.
Leadercast Live is the largest one-day leadership event in the world, broadcast live each year from Atlanta to hundreds of host sites around the globe. This year's event will bring together experts in leadership and organizational health to help attendees master the art and science of developing and leading healthy teams.

JCI Shakopee and Shakopee Parks and Rec are joining forces and having both the Big Fun Day and Taste of Shakopee concurrently. There is also a FB4K MN Ironman in the morning that will be ending in the park as well. Plenty of activities for the kids and kids-at-heart to do during the day.
