2021 Individual Offsite Screening Program
This year we are offering an option to participate in a health screening to help you have a better understanding of your overall health and wellness. This offering is offsite at a labcorp facility. You can choose what is tested and being screened. The best part is if you are in the PPO, there are no additional costs to you. HMO members will have additional costs for fees and tests. The attached flyer provides information on how to sign up and all of the screenings you can select.

11.8 Religious Leave
As a reminder, the contract language for this section requires an employee to request the day off for religious leave at least six months in advance of the actual religious holiday for which said employee is requesting off. Please submit all such Religious Leave requests to Pete Theis in Human Resources at ptheis@lfschools.net.
Where Can I Find My Lane and Step?
This information is housed in your Alio portal. If you click on the payroll tab in the portal and then click on salary compensation on the upper right corner of the screen, your contract payroll information will show. You can then match that information to your contract table.

Leave Allocations
The 2021-22 fiscal year leave allocations for Teachers, Teaching Assistants & LFHS SSA 10 Month Employees will be completed no later than September 30th.
