Summer 2020 is here and I wanted to update the membership on what is going on with BD tennis. We have been absolutely thrilled with the activity on the tennis courts in the last month and very appreciative of everyone's patience and adherence to protocols. That being said we are moving to a new phase with BD tennis. The tennis bathroom will be open starting Monday, June 8. We will clean and sanitize it multiple times a day including first thing in the morning and last thing before the last pro leaves for the day. Please help us keep it clean for the next person coming in. The ball machine is also back in the shed and available for member use.

We start tennis camp on Monday, June 8. Camp for at least the first few weeks will run 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. with no swimming for tennis campers. Therefore, there will be no courts available for member play 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Please make arrangements to only play at BD after 12:30 p.m. While we are allowing guests at BD for tennis, please be aware if you have a guest and members are waiting for a court to allow the members to play.

Finally, be aware that one of our camp protocols this summer will be drive-thru drop off of tennis campers in the Inverness cul-de-sac. Tennis staff will be directing traffic around the circle. Please be aware of this if you are entering or exiting the club between 8:20-8:45 a.m. on the weekdays.
