WCPE Board Officers Announced
Cindy Mand,
Administrator - Academic Affairs at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, was elected Chair of the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence Board of Directors. Mand has previously served on the Wisconsin Forward Award Board of Examiners.
Julie Furst Bowe,
Vice President Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire WI was re-elected vice chair, while
Paul Neitzel,
Chief Operating Officer at MetaStar, Inc. was re-elected as treasurer.
Peter LaBonte,
Director, Performance Excellence Retail at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern WI in Racine, begins his first term as board secretary. Terms of office began January 1st.
The Board meets quarterly, providing leadership oversight to the organization.

The 2019 Baldrige Awards will be presented at a ceremony on March 24, 2020, during the Baldrige Program's 32nd annual Quest for Excellence® conference, which will be held in National Harbor, Maryland. There is still time to register!
The 2019 honorees are:

- Center for Organ Recovery & Education (CORE), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (nonprofit)
