A (Very) Quick Update on the Economic Injury Disaster Loan:

The Small Business Administration has been sending emails (and in a few cases they have even called the phone number that was listed during the online registration) to applicants who applied for the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL). The reason for the email or call is to encourage those who plan to borrow with the EIDL to get an account set up so that they can get the loan process started. If you applied solely for the advance and do not intend to borrow any additional funds, you do not need to create an account. Your advance is yours to keep whether you borrow additional funds or not.
