FROM YOUR HOA
Belterra Residents,

We know many of you are anxious to begin using our indoor community amenities again, and our team is equally ready for our community to return to normal. We understand how difficult the past few months have been, and we want to thank you for your patience and cooperation. Throughout this time, the Belterra Community Association Board of Directors has held steadfast in our commitment to protect the health and safety of our community.
At this time, given the current state of COVID-19 cases across the country, we do not have an estimated date that we feel comfortable to open the indoor amenities or the splash pad.
We don’t plan to close any of the outdoor amenities we have already opened.  However, we would like to remind you to please continue to practice social distancing, and to wear a mask or face covering as advised by Governor Abbott’s statewide order GA-29.
As we open additional amenities, we will share guidelines for using those spaces as well. However, should a second wave of the pandemic occur, or if residents violate the existing social distancing policies, we will make the appropriate adjustments to protect our community.

Sincerely,
Belterra Board of Directors
