If you are refinancing your home and your mortgage lender is requesting a copy of your assessment statement, please follow these simple instructions:

Hover over the link at the top of the page that says “Homeowner Portal”

Click on the first link in the Homeowner Portal menu that says “Assessments”

Click on the link where it says “To print a copy of your account ledger, click here”

Sign into your VMS account with your account number and password

Click on account detail
This will provide you a copy of your ledger but does not include your name or property address. If your lender requires one with your name and property address, please give us a call at 480.357.8780.
