Honor Flight Cleveland

The 8th grade social studies teachers, in collaboration with our WEB leaders hosted a Coin Collection.  The money raised from this activity will be used to support Honor Flight.  Honor Flight provides an opportunity for WWII and Korean veterans to fly to Washington D.C. at no expense to them, so they can visit the WWII memorial among others.  Thank you to our students and families for supporting this worthy cause.

Important Notes:

Chromebook Update
Due to an unusual amount of issues we were having with the new Chromebooks distributed to 6th grade students, we worked with HP to get all of these devices replaced. Students were given a better device, which was also an upgraded model. The students were very excited to get their new devices. Please know that the new devices use the same charger. If you have any questions, please contact Tricia Pozsgai, Director of Technology, at (440) 582-9056.

OHYES & Olweus Bullying Prevention Program Survey
Students in grade 7 will participate in the OHYES survey and the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program questionnaire in the coming weeks.  This information will allow us to evaluate current programs and how we are meeting the needs of the middle level learners that we serve.  Please click   here  for more information about the OHYES survey.

Follett  Book Fair
The NRMS Media Center will be sponsoring the Follett Book Fair from Monday, December 2 through Tuesday, December 10.  Please click  here  for more information about the Follett Book Fair.

Yearbooks
Yearbooks for the 2019/2020 school year can be ordered now.  Please click  here  and enter code 42802N.  Please know that  March 31, 2020  is last day to buy a yearbook online before the price goes from $22.00 to $26.00.   The final day to purchase a year book is April 3, 2019. 

PTA
The next NRMS PTA meeting is on Tuesday, November 19 at 9:30 AM at the NR Public Library.
