A Big Change


Elizabeth Sobol, President & CEO of SPAC, discusses the NYS grant that will assist with renovations on the grounds. State and local organizations will partner on the design and construction.  New buildings include concessions, bathrooms and a community gathering & educational space for year round collaboration and enhanced summer venues.

 Amy Amoroso, Director of the Veterans Business Outreach Center understands the issues involved with transitioning from active duty into society.  Five years ago, she started 'Boots to Business' which focuses on using the skills developed in the military to help Veterans and families choose a successful career path.

Tim Barber, CEO of JAG, is developing an industrial complex of 350,000 sq. feet for distribution, packaging production and warehouse space in Queensbury.  Known as Native Development, the campus will be built utilizing the environmental features of the property and will serve the north-south corridor from Albany and beyond.
