Jim Beqaj
Founder, Beqaj International

Jim he has a long history of working in Capital Markets with CIBC where he was President and Chief Operating Officer and Bank of Montreal as a Vice Chairman of Capital Markets. Post his banking career, he launched two online business called BayStreetDirect.com which pioneered online IPO’s and Maachu, which launched a web based online recruiting platform. In the last fifteen years Jim has been a trusted advisor to numerous people in the financial services world from entry level professionals to CEOs, working with them in recruiting, consulting and coaching ( www.beqajinternational.com ). He has written two books, the first being How to Hire the Perfect Employer and more recently, True Fit: How to Find the Right Job by Being You. This year Jim launched his new podcast called, Be You: The World Will Adjust. Jim’s new website is www.jimbeqaj.com where you will also find numerous testimonials from people that Jim coaches.
