Dear Students,

As we shared with you on March 15 , CIM’s mailroom is still open during regular hours (Monday through Friday from 1-4pm). We would like to assist you with mail or packages you have on campus now, as well as with forwarding additional mail.

If you are still on campus or in the area , and plan to continue using mailroom services (for mail and package delivery, for example), please complete this form .

If you have left the area and need items from your mail folder or packages forwarded to you , please complete this form .

For the most efficient mail and USPS package forwarding, also complete an official USPS Change-of-Address request following the instructions below. This can be completed easily online at usps.com ; the cost is $1.05.

Instructions for USPS Change-of-Address
  1. Select “individual” in response to the question “Who is Moving?”
  2. For “What type of move is this?”
  • If you lived off-campus and plan to return to CIM in the fall using the same address as this year, select “Temporary” and enter your expected return date. Note that fall 2020 classes are expected to begin August 24.
  • All other students should select “Permanent” and you will also need to complete another Change-of-Address request in August before returning to campus.

If you have regular or recurring deliveries scheduled (medications, contact lenses, Amazon, etc.), be sure to update your shipping address or preferences with those companies, too, to eliminate forwarding delays.
